[BORK] (Spectate no worky for mods) #384

Describe the bug: Moderators can't leave spectate.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'the mod menu'
  2. Click on 'spectate'
  3. See that the shit is broken

Expected behavior: Moderators should be able to enter and exit spectate as they please via the mod menu.
