I've been told that there is a major internal debate about adding more enchantments. For this PR I was focusing more so on "haha tons of new fun enchants or something!!1!1!1!1" but I now I realize that is not viable with the sheer quantity of enchants already in the game. Originally, I just wanted nuclear and enraging, but I added more for no reason. I'm going to close this, and open a new PR at a later point to add some actual quality enchants.
