New HeroCraft infractions in AMP. #424

New kick and ban infractions for the HeroCraft server. Ban menu needs to be tested/viewed on both Hub and HeroCraft as I added a new level. Level 4 is permanent bans which is equal to 10 years long. Length should be long enough.
