I have written several times to the emails provided on the website but have not received any response, even though the tracker indicated that the emails were opened. The social media accounts are empty, and the last activity here was a year ago.

They don't respond to emails for weeks. They don't seem to care. Many of my emails go unanswered at all. It's just blatant negligence.
