TF model has been archived, switch to active #3

tfjs-models/facemesh has been archived in favor of tfjs-models/face-landmarks-detection and will no longer be updated.

This dependency should be replaced with the actively developed version: https://github.com/Adsata/WebGazer/blob/216f2569127a652c8822d5a5929d8d304b2e17f9/package.json#L37
