What was implemented in this PR

I created the ERD for the project that has a User(mentee) table, Mentor table, and the Reservation table
I generated the models for all use cases and further developed the endpoints for all models
Integrated the routing/endpoint for al use case - users, reservations, and mentors
9 done and to be merged to the develop branch
