AdvancedRocketry causes crash once world has finished loading when using CatServer

Description of the problem

Launch the server using java -Xmx4096M -Xms2048M -jar CatServer-20c1883-universal.jar. Map loads completely, then Advanced Rocketry throws a fatal error and shuts the server down.

I originally posted this report on the CatServer Github issue tracker, but was told to post it here instead.

Have you verified this doesn't happen with a pure Forge server? If so, is it remotely possible that CatServer is changing anything to do with ore generation? Sorry to say this, but server software for Minecraft has a history of random incompatibilities with mods because they change things one can rely on in a pure Forge ecosystem. If that is the case, they can either remove whatever they're doing that causes the incompatibility or you're going to have to switch to either a pure Forge server or a different server software (though I'd recommend a pure Forge server), because we don't have the dev time to support server software changing things we can rely on from Forge.

It doesn't happen with pure Forge. If it's a Catserver issue, I'll report back to them.
