[1.16.5 - BUG] Planets register, but some cannot be teleported to #2152

Description of the problem

When using an .xml file to register custom planets, they appear in the Planet Selector, but only some of them can be teleported to via the "/advRocketry goto" command. I have included the .xml file used on this issue submission, for ease of testing. I have already confirmed with Sílfryí on the AR Discord that no obvious or otherwise outstanding issues with this xml file would cause such a thing to occur.

Reachable planets: DIMID 102 - expected, it is a basic moon DIMID 101 - unexpected, it is a gas giant

Unreachable planets: DIMID 103 DIMID 104
