[1.16.5 BUG] Microwave Receiver randomly not getting power #2162

Does this occur without other mods installed

Y - Tested by cloning my modpack server and removing all mods bar Advanced Rocketry & LibVulpes

Description of the problem

I am unsure if this is reproduceable or how this has happened but basically I have had 12 Microwave energy satellites inside a Microwave receiver. They have all stopped sending power and the Microwave receiver says 0 RF/t 2021-07-07_00 04 16 2021-07-07_00 04 24

Still present from what I am aware with the latest 1.16.
