[BUG - 1.16.5 v.2.0.0-1*] Data is not collected and transmitted from the satellite; #2188

Have you verified this is an issue in the latest unstable build

Does this occur without other mods installed

Y (LibVulpes + Advanced Rocketry);

Description of the problem

  • Data is not collected and transmitted from the satellite;
  • The satellite was assembled according to the guide from the wiki;
  • Subsequent tests showed that there is not a single working build;
  • In fact, it is not possible to collect ANY data;

v.2.0.0-16 - not fixed
