[BUG] Ticking Block Entity upon building a rocket. #2189

Description of the problem

So i was making a rocket for the first time. Had everything set up, 5x5 launch pad and all that. Hit build on the constructor, and as soon as it finished, game crashed. Tried to load back in with no avail, and i was met with a ticking block entity error in my logs. Also, if this is relevant, there was a planet ID chip inside the guidance computer before rocket was built. Who knows, might be the block data of the computer that's causing this >.>

Lithium is currently incompatible with our StorageChunk data format for storing rockets. Go talk to them about this and see what they can do (or what they think we should do), and link that issue here if possible
