new AR was supposed to release alongside new LV, it did not. This is almost certainly your issue.

It's a turn of phrase saying that "this is the issue you are having". however, the fix is simply to roll back for now.

What's kind of sad is people are expecting updates when you don't know peoples personal life. You don't know how much time they have to allocate to working on a project that they do in their free time. I've locked this issue for the time being.
