Apparently, this problem has already occurred several times. But if the author of the mod does not fix it, then I can certainly do something about it, right? For example, I added a recipe to his mod to build the planet selector in survival mode. Funnily enough, there was no recipe for it in older versions either. And it wasn't even that hard. So you will be able to solve the satellite problem in a similar way or not?
The recipe thing was intentional, that was because the block was unused and so it did not need a recipe. I don\t know why your satellites lose connection, they haven't for anyone else. No I cannot fix it easily.

Funny. I found some older posts that had a similar problem. This is really stupid. Because that would mean that I would have to build new satellites after every server restart.

Here are two posts where it was similar:
https://github.com/Advanced-Rocketry/AdvancedRocketry/issues/2168
https://github.com/Advanced-Rocketry/AdvancedRocketry/issues/682
a) one of those is old enough to be closed| b) the other is in a version with different enough code it doesn't matter c) did you follow the information from #682? or are you complaining about it being from there without trying the fix?
I tried this suggestion: "If you do want to add the overworld as a visitable planet, you can add https://pastebin.com/uVGhmVgC to the XML while the server is shut down and that should also fix the issue with the satellites."
However, I found that all the information was already there in my files. But it can also be that I don't understand this correctly, because I don't know that much about it.

Has this been changed? Do I have to make the planet visitable in a different way now?
If you applied the fix from #682 and nothing happened then #682 is not the same bug, therefore no, no one else has reported this exact thing yet. You, personally, are not going to be able to fix it.

Ok thanks for the time. What do you advise me to do now? I would love to be able to continue playing. For example, when I use the penultimate Advanced Rocketry mod for 1.12.2 I have the exact same problem. So is it me, my server? Or the mod?
Almost certainly it's a bad mod interaction with servers, and something that you'd need to get someone else willing to help to fix because all 1.12 development has ended due to the massive amount of work 1.16 takes
