AdvancedRocketry 1.12.2-2.0.0-13 build 13 for 1.12.2 (I will make this note that using the earliest builds of AR on 1.12.2 also yielded the same result.)

Advent of Ascension, 3.3.6, 3.3.5, and 3.2.1 (it seems any version)
Description of the problem
Whenever I make or open a world with these two mods installed it forces the difficulty to be a certain difficulty, most of the time it is normal, other times I've seen it enforce hard mod and peaceful mode, there seems to be no explanation in the log for this issue. What will happen is say you make a world, it defaults to normal mode most of the time, switch to hard or peaceful, quit the world, reload, you will find it is stuck on normal or the other specific difficulty. Like I said before sometimes it defaults to hard or peaceful if you mess around but there is no explanation for why it does this. I went to the default java vm, removed all extra arguments, and removed every single mod except these two, even regenerated the configs, but got the same problem each time.
