Use lattice refine flag to set Dij terms during a sequential fit #39

It might not be that hard to transfer the lattice parameter flag to set the refinement flag for the Dij terms rather than produce an error message.

Perhaps do a 1st loop to set all the Dij terms and turn off the lattice parameter flag.
