Unclear when LeBail init dialog seems to be called #43

After setting LeBail mode a dialog comes up recommending that Fhkl's be initialized. This comes up on the 2nd LeBail refinement etc., but not always. Need to understand when this does and does not get presented. Also note issue #42 where changing lattice parameters probably should require initialization.
