Diffraction pattern plotting:

• [x] Offer phase tick marks that cover full length of window (for zooming in). Preferably with thin lines. Only needed on screen (not on publication plot)
• [x] If phase partials are computed, can they be plotted in main plot window for a selected phase?
• [x] Select colors of plot components (obs, calc, difference,...). Implement as a GSAS-II preference setting
• [x] Can hkl labels be added to specific reflections by right click?

• [x] Want to superimpose rings for multiple phases with multiple colors

It turns out that "selection of colors of plot components" was already supported via config vars but in a rather obscure way. In ab0be80f this is made much more clear via the addition of new vars for Obs, Calc, Bkg and Diff colors, where an edit invokes a color editor dialog. Also in ab0be80f one can edit the default color for an element by clicking on it in the General tab. Changes there are propagated to entries with the element in the draw atoms table for the phase (but not other phases, unless the table contents is regenerated).
