[x] circle class lacks density value
[x] python-nose and python-matplotlib are required but not on the required list
[ ] rotate, translate, scale functions may have redundant definitions
[x] sprinkle doesn't guarantee N circles are placed if the probability of collision is high and collision is not allowed.

Seems that all of these have been corrected except for redundant transformation functions. However, we are rewriting all of that geometry class, so it probably won't be a problem.
