Pretty much what this merge does is add a ./ before a reference to the setup script because on my Ubuntu machine, it wouldn't find that script without it. I don't know how that affects RedHat because I'm still not using RedHat.
Also, it changes the file permissions because I couldn't run the setup scripts until I changed them from 644 to 744. I also don't know how that works on RedHat.
Coverage remained the same at 56.376% when pulling a68a8547ca9c704e7b8cd3141794521d63aecbe7 on dev/documentation into 6ef7e457b7796913b3c74aef33343b81d618778f on master.
