Errorhandling and Plot Colors #24

Changes the default property function of Features to mass_atten. Adds errors for improper inputs and adds the ability to plot Phantoms in colors other than blue. Adds a notebooks for displaying standard test patterns, and adds two new test patterns, SlantedSquares and DogaCircles.
