First version of quality assessment and visualization #3

The quality of multiple images compared to a single reference can be calculated using the SSIM index or the multi-scale SSIM. Average results for the entire image at each scale are plotted on a scatter plot, and local quality assessment is shown for each scale on a recursive plot. Discuss thoughts thoughts about the layout of the visualizations below.

These tests are failing because PIL isn't included in the required libraries.
