Replaces mass_atten property with the SimpleMaterial and NISTMaterial classes. Probe measurements are now calculated correctly and return an attenuated beam intensity.

Fails because python2 can't import lru_cache and because get_NIST_table incorrectly uses resource to get xdesign location.
