Ability to change snow/rain height, or add compatibility for worlds with increased height. #101

Describe the feature

In any world with a datapack or terrain generator that increases the base height of most biomes (tectonic, or terratonic for example)- snow and rain look weird. This is because at a certain height, the plugin blends snow and rain for a smoother transition, but this stretches over a decent amount of blocks on the Y axis. When a world has higher biomes, it ends up looking incredibly weird. (I know my explanation isnt great, im struggling to find a way to describe this.)

My suggestion is to either add the ability to change the height at which rain becomes snow, or add compatibility with Tectonic (or terratonic, which is just tectonic compatible with terralith). Or, better yet, just add compatibility for any worlds with increased height.

Tectonic does not actually add or remove any biomes, it just changed the generation of most biomes to be smoother and more real looking. It increases the world height to something like 350 though. With it installed, a forest biome can generate much higher on the Y axis than in vanilla minecraft. So, while playing in a forest biome like that, snow and rain blend and it looks really weird. 2024-05-19_21 31 14 2024-05-19_21 31 18 2024-05-19_21 31 11

The blending also happened to stay after removing the plugin... So whenever is rains there will also be weird snowy areas in the forest.
