Sleeping through the night no longer triggers #2

Describe the bug

While running v1.0.1 on 1.20.1 Paper, sleeping through the night no longer works. You can sleep, but time does not fast forward.

How to reproduce

Have v1.0.1 installed on a server Sleep, observe no time fast forwarding
