Custom effects for when player has (num) < x < (num2) temperature #8

Describe the feature

Let's say you have below 0C, you can create custom effects such as the player gaining slowness or gradually loses hp. You can assign nausea and heatstroke when above ... degrees. It's only the imagination that stops the creativity with this feature.
