Is this project still alive/maintained by Arcticcoin Team or dead already? #16

Hello, I would like to get answer if this project still alive/maintained by Arcticcoin Team? I only know about some Twitter/Facebook feeds doing promotion on this coin.

On the other hand there doesn't seem to be much progress here on Github and also there doesn't seem to be any feedback/response on issues here?!
