Blockchain not synching #17

I have arcticcoin 0.12.1.2 since last year with masternode, however, since block 368559 it is not synching. Seems like I cannot connect to the peers.

Sample errors: 2018-11-22 23:57:26 connect() to 94.130.25.211:7209 failed after select(): Connection refused (111) 2018-11-22 23:57:39 connect() to 107.170.196.135:7209 failed after select(): Connection refused (111) ...

please advise

I'm having this same issue. Anyone able to figure out how to fix this?

arcticcoin-cli stop arcticcoind -daemon -reindex
