More Bible versions inside the lessons #165

There are currently 4 Bible translations inside the lessons, and it would be wonderful to be able to add your own and preferred versions.

@gabrieles02 , even though it would (assuming you are referencing the English Bible translations), however it opens up a big issue with copyright. For that reason NIV was removed temporarily.
