Renaming chests by unauthorized players #26

Players can rename chests (protected ones etc.). Perms are correct... dunno why they can... >.> Please fix! :)

Fixed in the Plugin Common Library repository.

Just update yours with the current version from here: https://github.com/CoderCow/PluginCommonLibrary/tree/master/bin/Release
