Firmware version (if applicable):
Python version: 3.7
Operating System: Windows

Description

When using the firmware upgrade tool the log shows the progress by a single line update of percent. We should turn this into a progress bar instead.

What I Did

radicl.update INFO *** Step 3: Downloading data ***
radicl.update INFO Progress = 1%
radicl.update INFO Progress = 2%
radicl.update INFO Progress = 3%
radicl.update INFO Progress = 4%
radicl.update INFO Progress = 5%
radicl.update INFO Progress = 6%
radicl.update INFO Progress = 7%
radicl.update INFO Progress = 8%
