Adventure and author table #11

This https://github.com/AdventureLookup/adventurelookup-backend/pull/10 needs to be merged first.

This is my attempt at making the tables. Was surprisingly easy (maybe too easy). I'm am unfamiliar with Django so feel free to throw this away or modify.

I also would like to add tests to travis and codecov.

Hmm, looks like a force push didn't remove the changes I made to get to the database. I'm just going to close this PR and make another one.
