Events & Interviews: Tag filter should apply to only articles of the respective types #384

Pertains to https://github.com/AdvisorySG/dawn-advisory-theme/pull/379.

If you select a tag in the dropdown, it currently directs you to the tag page - which contains both events and interviews. This should be separated.
