Refresh problem #2

Open smux84 opened 1 year ago

Hi, suddenly the app no longer updates the data, I tried to re install the app, it updated the data once and then nothing, now it says that the last data detected is from 3 hours ago. It never worked like this. Thank you

Can you disable the app for about an hour and then try again. I have had an issue once where the WiFi module seemed to stop working and that cleared the problem. It's like it gets backlogged and needs the rest to clear itself.

He left again, thank you

Sorry, does that mean it has stopped working again and did stopping the app for a while temporarily fix it.

Unfortunately, GitHub doesn't support attachments when you reply to the email. Can you open the GitHub page and submit the photo. Also could you send the log using the Configure App, Diagnostics Log, Send button. If the list on that page is empty then tick the box to enable Log Internet Data, wait for 1:30 hours and then check again.

Try the test version. It looks like something changed on the API

Good morning, is it possible to implement an app refresh every second without having to create a flow that re-revises the app every minute?

AdyRock commented 1 year ago

If you are using the cloud connection then the inverter only uploads the data every 5 to 15 minutes. There are also restrictions on the number of API calls allowed per day per developer account, so I have to ensure each user gets a fair share. If you are connected locally then the app updates every 10 seconds, any faster and Homey would be slowed down and the app would be paused.

Hi, after some time I decided to remove homey and switch to HA, I installed SOLARMAN integration but it doesn't read anything from the logger on the local network, do you know how I can do it?
