Visitor detected alarm not triggering flows #52

App works well for me, only thing that seems to be not working is the trigger in a flow; visitor detected. Tested with a Reolink PoE Doorbell. The visitor detected alarm goes on in homey when the doorbell is pressed, but the flow with the "visitor detected alarm is turned on" trigger doesn't start. Am I missing something?

I will try to check it, but as I don't have anything that generates that it might take a bit longer to track down the problem.

I have this same problem as you. I placed a notification about this issue on AdyRock onvif community forum. It seems that it has worked reading it from someone on his forum or here by github issues. I think when it still was called: "General alarm". I sented him a detailed information logging around this time when i pushed the doorbell. I hope that he find the answer.

Like you i see the "visitor" light up bij the devices. But it doesn't trigger a flow when i use "The Visitor detected alarm turned on" in the card "IF'.

I have the reolink doorbell wifi.

I have published a new test version that might fix the problem. One day I will work out Athom's rules for what needs to be defined. It used to be that if a capability was called alarm_ then all that had to defined trigger definitions, but it seems that has changed again.

That was quick, Adrian. Thank you. It seems that my flow is getting triggered now. I hope it is the same for ArjanManders.
