Socket hang up & Not able to search cameras #61

Hi,

I have recently bought a cabin which had Homey pro (2016-2019) with Onvif camera app supporting three cameras (veranda, entry and birdbox). The internet connection was transferred to my name when i took over.

After a month the internet connection was transferred to my name but the internet company reset the wifi nework name and password to which all the earlier devices were connected. I changed the network name and credentials to what the earlier owner had.

Everything else worked fine, homey pro got connected again, but I lost access to all cameras. Currently situation is

  1. Not an issue - One of them (entry camera) came back online when used the repair option.
  2. Issue - I deleted one( bird box) thinking that I would be able to search it through the app - But not able to get the camera in search
  3. Main issue - Veranda camera is throwing 'socket hang up' error since then. I have tried resetting the router etc. but no avail.

I am sharing the diagnostic error code for more details. Please let me know how can i resolve this.
