I presume you mean the snapshot image?
Did the cameras get detected or did you add them manually?
Can you open the app settings page, select the Diagnostics Log and set the Log Level to Detailed Information. Then open the device and refresh the image. Finally, go back to the Log tab and Send the log.
I had the exact same problem on Homey 2023. On Homey 2019 it worked without problem. I managed to solve this by also enabling HTTP access on the cameras (in addition to HTTPS). Login to camera -> Options -> Network Settings -> Advanced - Port settings -> Setup -> enable HTTP (default port 80)

I have added all my onvif Reolink cameras but no video shows up. Instead I get this error: ERR_INVALID.PROTOKOL when opening my cameras in Honey app.
