Slidymoove "portail coulissant" not found #121

Hello I use last version of Homey Pro and App, just installed... My Tahoma box is integrated, as my "Volet roulants", but Homey doesn't find my "portail coulissant". Model is "Slidymoove", IO compatible, and well integrated in my Tahoma Box... Any idea to solve this issue ? Thanks in advance,

I don't seem to have received a log with "portail coulissant" in it, so could you send it again please.

Update on model : after check, the device is RTS not IO... but it doesn't work neither with another device type : I'll try again, please see below screenshot if it can help image image I've searched in the log also, I see the name of the label "Portail St Thibault" as "controllableName": "rts:SlidingGateOpenerRTSComponent" : that's the device I'm trying to add... when I try the 2 options for Gate Opener, none of them work (Autre Gate / Garage Door Opener (RTS) Portail coulissant (I/O))

OK, that device is not currently supported so I will add it in ASAP.
