Can you send me the Device log from the app settings page (not the app diagnostics report)
hi Adrian , how to make a device LOG ?
If you have a Homey Pro then click on the gear ⚙️ at the bottom left of the Homey window, scroll the list down to the Somfy Tahoma & Connexoon app and click on it. Then find the settings option (I can't remember if there is an Advanced option in there) If you have Homey cloud then there is not much you can do as Athom decided that feature is not available.

OK, there is a new test version in the store. The heaters will be found with the 'Light / Heater with Timer (RTS)' device.

shout I delete the current version ?
Don't delete anything as you will loose all the devices you have already added.
To update, go to the app in the store, add /test to the end of the URL and on the test page, install the app again. It will then just update your current version.

If you are connected via the cloud, the app polls for events every 30 seconds. If you are connected locally then it polls for events every 3 seconds. However, I don't know how often the temperature is reported or how long it takes for Tahoma to process and create an event.

As the heater is RTS there is no feedback from it, so, it only has an action card to control it.
