Can you open the app settings page, select the Device Log tab, click on Get Log and then Send Log. I will take a look to see what devices you have and let you know what to select to add them or add support if they are not included yet.
Hi, I am not a specialist but try to contact you because I bought an Homey pro 2023, and in my new house, they installed all Blind (shade) IO one, All are configured into my Tahmoa Somfy box and can use it. Neveheless I cam not able to retrive tahoma switch into the list of material of your app. And if I select other module, it's not working. Thanks for your advice.
