9 months ago If you control those screens individually, does the position get updated? If not, could you follow the procedure below for just one screen else follow the procedure for a scenario that causes the problem.
Send Log procedure:
- Open the Information tab in the app settings page,
- Clear the log,
- Create the issue,
- Send the log.
Hello. I have 14 screens and external shutters and use the Somfy/ToHoma & Connection app with pleasure to control these devices in the summer (for sun blocking) and the winter (for cold blocking). I have a great number of flows to make the programming modular. I found the following problem with a number of devices: the field "Position" does not represent the correct value in the case of 4 devices. These are always the same devices, among them screens as well as a external shutter. What I see is the following. When the devices are opened (position 1) all devices have the valua Position 1. When the devices are closed, 4 of the devices still have position 1 and not, as expected, position 0. At the same time, in the Homey app, the devices are shown in the correct position, 10 are open and 4 are still closed. Using the buttons, they can be sent up as expected. Although I can work around this probleem by not using the field "Poition", I prefer to use it for validation of the flow logic.
Question is, if this a problem of Somfy or a small bug in the app.
