somfy smoove uno a/m io pure 1811404 homey pro compatible? #189

Hi All, I m new of homey pro , i m trying to make my home smarter than before with this hub, the problem that i have is only when i added my somfy tahoma classic hub…all the device were founded except somfy smoove uno a/m io pure 1811404(that control a cabled wired motor for window) Homey pro doesn t find it ,is it compatible ? Please can You help me ? Many thanks

Can you open the app settings page and select the Device log tab, then tap on Get Log and finally Send Log

I can see there is a device called "scenari PortaFinestr" that will be picked up by the driver: "en": "Remote Control", "fr": "Télécommande", "de": "Fernbedienung", "nl": "Afstandsbediening"

Is that the one? If not what is it called in the Somfy App?

No,it isn t that. In the tahoma app is named : velux colmo

I have found it, but I'm not sure how to add it. It doesn't have any commands and the states are pretty useless. How does it appear in the Somfy app? Could you show a screen shot of it in there, but don't attach it to an email reply as GitHub can't use attachment. Instead open GitHub and reply in there.

Hi again , The first one is the screenshot of the somfy classic tahoma The second and the third is photo of the phisical " somfy wired switch " like mine that I put in the wall of my house Many thanks for all that you are trying to help me.

Thanks for the information and my apologies as I obviously miss-read the log last night as the commands are there. So, I have published a new test version that should find you Velux Colmo under the Velux Window (IO) device in Homey. Let me know if there are any issues.

If you update to the latest test version of the app, then you can add it. No need to be at home to do that.

Great Man, Thanks I installed and works perfectly... many thaks Can I ask you another question about the io scenario remote control named scenari PortaFinestr , i cannot use it because the scroll of up-down stop doesnt scroll... I mean is not like a phisical remote ,using like a real remote? Many thanks to be patient with me

I have an open issue at Somfy about this. Via the cloud, the buttons do repeat, but the polling is limited to 30 seconds, so big delays. Locally, the buttons only give one press and then a different button has to be pressed. So, up, up, only gives one up, whereas up, down, up, down, works OK. Even if they do fix the local issue, I don't think it's going to be great as the polling is still 3 seconds.

Hello Mr. Is it possibile to add a somfy interior cam to homey pro via tahoma classic box hub? In the somfy app of homey i see "only" somfy one alarm or security camera light controller or protexial. Many thanks Riccardo De Stefani

My Somfy One+ and the outdoor camera are setup in the Somfy Protect app on my phone. In there I can see the images from the cameras.

Sorry for my english, You mean that is not possibile to add in homey pro? Right The mine two somfy indoor cam works in the somfy protect app and in the somfy tahoma classic on my phone . So doesnt exit a somfy protect app for homey right?

Correct, It's not possible to view the camera in Homey Pro.
