invalid response code 190 #107

Hello, I'm trying to connect Switchbot to Homey Pro. When I add devices as BLE they are recognised, but if I use them with BLE I have problems in integrating them in flows because the status (for curtains for instance) is not updated. So I tried to add them as HUB, but when I login in Homer Pro I get this:

I've tried both the regular Switchbot app and the test app (this: https://homey.app/en-gb/app/com.switchbot/SwitchBot/test/). I get the same invalid response code 190 error every time. Restarting didn't work, installing and installing didn't, removing all devices didn't

Could you please help me? Thanks

Sorry if this sounds like a stupid question, but I presume you do have a Switchbot hub?

Also make sure the cloud option is enabled for each device in the Switchbot phone app and that the device is attached to a hub.

Some users have also reported they needed to enabled developer mode in the Switchbot phone app, but I believe that was just for the door lock.

Also I presume you managed to connect to your account OK when adding a device to Homey?

cloud service is on, here you can see my switchbot hub too. When I connect my switchbot account to Homey Pro I insert user and password and I get the invalid 190. when I try again it recognise the account

but I get the 190 anyway

Is your Switchbot account linked to your email address or do you use a Google account?

If you use your email address, make sure you enter the Upper and lower case for both exactly as you used to create the account.

If you use Google, etc that would be a problem as there is an issue that Switchbot are looking into.

I'm getting the same. I sign in with Apple. I had a bot (hub) that was working fine until I removed it from homey then tried to re-add it and this 190 error pops up.

Same issue and log for me. Using hub mini if it matters? Edit: turned on developer mode and i can now add my temperature meter and lock
