Temperature sensor values not updating #125

See diagnostic report b5815179-fcc7-4b10-89b6-f1fb686c989a

Added Switchbot app to Homey and installed two temperature sensors TH S1 in Homey app. Only initial values are shown. Actual values are not shown.

Actual values ARE shown correctly in Switchbot app (not Homey Switchbot app).

Sensors are connected through Switchbot Hub Mini. Homey is Homey Bridge.

Could you check if the SwitchBot app still gets updates if you switch off Bluetooth on your phone.

Could you check the sensor is associated with the hub and the cloud service is enabled.

Also, try repositioning the hub so it is closer to the sensors.

Nope no change. Also removed sensors from Homey app and added again. Only if I add the sensors as Bluetooth (BLE)  instead of HUB the values are updated.Op 30 jun. 2024 21:43 schreef Adrian Rockall @.***>: But is it working now?
