Switchbot Motion Sensor W1101500, flows not working in Homey Pro 2023 #85

I've been testing this motion sensor a lot together with Homey Pro 2023. Of course using it in a flow; "When the motion sensor is on, then do...." When testing, clearly the Switchbot sensor registers the motion (ligths indicate that, and I can see it in the logs) but in the flow nothing happens.

I've removed and reinstalled:

I also have a Switchbot light-bulb which is working fine with the Homey Flows. No issues.,

Also checked with https://tools.developer.homey.app. Logs are filled (see below) but again, in the homey flow the motion activation is not triggered.

Am getting an error when pressing "read status" in the "Get Status" screen (debug use):

tools.developer.homey.app
Error: Invalid response code: 190 param no deviceId

If other info is required, let me know.

Have you enable the cloud service for the motion sensor?

Try moving the hub and motion sensors closer together as I guess they can't connect to each other.

Hi, have same problem, motion sensor detects motion (light goes on + s-b app registers motion) nothing happens in Homey (set a simple push notification triggered by motion alarm on - nothing comes to me)… any solution pls 🙏🙏🙏?

Can you set the log in the app settings to Basic Information, trigger the motion, and then about 30 seconds later, tap on Send Log. Screenshot_20240723_221216_Homey.jpg

As suspected, no updates are being received. Could you leave the logging set to Basic Information and update the app to the latest test version (1.1.57). Once it has finished starting up, send the log again so I can see if it is registering the webhook OK.

That is a very short log. Did you have the log set to Basic Information when the app restarted? You should see something like:

I have cleared it before sending, but I will send it again in a second without clearing it, it will be since 6:56 am.
