[Originating in Hyva][Hyva_OnestepCheckout] Switching between addresses does not update payment method list

Setup:

• Hyva checkout version is One Step Checkout, or, Default
• The logged in customer already has two or more addresses saved that are with different countries
• There are some payment methods that do not apply to one of the countries

When

• Switching between addresses

Expected

• The method list is updated

Actual

• The method list is unchanged

The associated commit has some issues with it, and is reverted in latest develop. The ticket will be reopnened.
