Switching between countries does NOT update the available card brands

Prerequisites:

• have American Express available for Spain only
• other card brands are available for all countries

Steps

• load the payment page and select Spain as country
• select Cards as payment method
• verify you have AMEX available in the card brands
• switch the country to anything else
• verify that the component has reloaded

Expected: AMEX is no longer listed as a payment method

Actual: AMEX is still there
