Add instructions to run example with docker #8

Summary

I wanted to be able to test this example quickly with Docker, but found no instructions for it.

Added instructions to README for running in docker, if interesting,

Tested scenarios

Tested on OSX (should work on ubuntu and windows as well, but not tested)
