Merge to single-page webapp #1

This change would allow inventory items to persist even when switching to the visualizer. The home page would use a nav bar to switch between pages.

the navbar needs to change styles at some point to not appear too big on mobile devices (could possibly remove the github link and reduce the size of the pills, then increase padding on the body)
