Use the users data, such as:

total stars
total repos
follower count
if they have a profile readme
if they have a full bio to give them a score out of 100. Call the function calculateUserScore()

With the top 3 repos we should consider the following data:

Does the repo have topics
A description?
A readme?
Is it deployed (the weight for this should be small)
Collaborator number
Star number
Fork number
Watcher number Call this function calculateRepoScore().

The functions should be stored in src/utils/helpers.tsx
