The image in the token rarely change if it has multiple images with settings applied , removing the settings resolve the problem
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
add images to a token, I use browse folder in the hub, then share images
try copy paste token, or assign it to actor and drag from the actors bars to scene... the image does not change...
removing the settings clear the problem.... to note... my only setting is token size.

foundry v12.328
swade, 4.0.3
in the image below is possible to see that a token with settings on a image has only the default image and one without settings randomizing...
sometimes other images are ignored too..
